For learning what Recoheat does before choosing access or redeeming the Customer access included with a physical Recoheat purchase.
Review the guided introduction and detailed workflows for home modelling, heat flow, connected devices, air quality and design-only sharing.
Create one home, change its rooms and fittings, and revisit it for 24 hours. After that, editing and device access pause until access is active. You can still sign in to review access options, download your account data or request deletion.
If you bought a physical Recoheat, use the purchase claim supplied with your order to activate Customer access without a separate app subscription.
You can read the device setup guide before subscribing. Check your access before connecting a device: the free preview is temporary and does not promise lasting device access or retained history.
For understanding and improving one home while retaining complete control of its structure, contents and sharing.
You can own one active home. An accepted design copy becomes your own home and counts towards that limit; replacing an existing home requires your explicit consent.
Use Heat, energy and air insights to review one home, connect sensors, run heating simulations and keep its model accurate.
Send a Pro or Enterprise installer an invitation to receive a separate copy of your home design and objects, without your device links or readings.
For a mapped Home Assistant monitor, separately accept the V2 research-history notice before new account-linked readings can be retained. To view them, open Connected data, choose My account under Accounts in view and Consented retained history under Data view. In Time range, choose Choose a calendar year or Compare a calendar year with the previous year, select the Calendar year (UTC), then choose Show data. Only readings copied after that source's V2 choice appear; earlier V1 and operational readings are not backfilled. A linked Pro or Enterprise account can see this history only while you also grant current per-home data access. The metered-plug recording flow described below is a preview and cannot yet add readings to this history.
In Heat, energy and air insights for your own home, set the model conditions and select Save this model run. Choose two saved runs and Compare estimates to see their assumptions and results together. These are owner-only model estimates, not measured readings or central research data.
Follow the device setup steps for your own Home Assistant, Zigbee, Tuya or another supported path; AirGradient cloud has a separate direct connection. Confirm readings or reported state before relying on a room assignment. The metered-plug recording preview is not yet active.
For professionals working with multiple homes and supporting Customer accounts.
Create and manage multiple homes and save reusable architecture templates.
Send a Customer an editable copy of a prepared home’s design and objects. Device links and readings stay with your original home.
Use Managed accounts to open Customer homes for which you currently hold Manage access. Customer portfolio insights appear once at least two managed homes contribute.
In Connected data, choose Linked clients, then Consented retained history to compare new V2-consented readings by UTC calendar year. Only homes with a current owner-approved per-home data-access grant appear. A design share or past consent alone does not grant access.
For a home you own, follow device setup and check each reported entity before assigning its room. You can save and compare modelled heat-flow runs for your own home in Insights. A Manage or data-access grant does not reveal a customer's private model runs or authorise device controls.
For organisations coordinating Customer and Pro accounts, portfolios and privacy-protected insight.
Create multiple homes, save architecture templates and coordinate Customer and Pro relationships.
Managed accounts lists only accounts linked by an active Manage grant. Select an account to open its permitted homes.
Aggregate insights shows anonymised cohort trends only when the privacy threshold is met; it does not reveal household readings.
In Connected data, choose Linked clients, then Consented retained history for homes with both the owner's explicit V2 research-history choice and a current per-home data-access grant. Calendar-year comparisons include only stored readings from after V2 consent.
Use Connected data's Account level, Client account, Home, Device and Data type filters to narrow permitted client readings. An empty chart means the selected sources have no eligible readings; it is not an estimate. Your organisation can save modelled scenarios for homes it owns, but a client data grant does not share the client's model runs or device controls. See device setup for owned homes.
For platform-wide oversight, support and privacy-controlled administration.
View managed Customer, Pro and Enterprise accounts through the administrator boundary.
Use Aggregate insights for privacy-thresholded telemetry health and trends. Continue to diagnose individual homes through an authorised home context.
In Connected data, choose All accounts only with a stated purpose. This account-linked research view includes readings copied under each owner's exact research-history notice; V1 copying remains under its original admin-only scope, while V2 additionally permits an owner's retained view and currently granted linked-client view. Choose a UTC calendar year or compare it with the preceding year; the current year is incomplete. V1 and operational readings are not upgraded or backfilled into V2 views. This is not an independently anonymised research bank.
Do not use administration as a substitute for consent. A shared design is a separate home; device connections and data stay with the original owner.
In Connected data, state a reason before using All accounts, then filter by account level, client, home, device and data type. Check source and coverage details before comparing years. An empty result does not prove a device is offline. Home Assistant platform setup is separate from Recoheat's owner mapping and any V2 research choice; administrator access does not activate the metered-plug pilot or expose private model runs.
The offline page contains no account or home information. Reconnect before viewing or changing a home.
A warning reflects the least healthy current room reading. Open Air profile or Table view to identify the room and measurement responsible.
Saved heat-flow runs are modelled estimates, not measured device readings or central research data. Portfolio responses contain means and sample counts only; they omit customer names, addresses, home identifiers, room identifiers and device identifiers.
Edit rooms, walls, corners, doors, windows, vents and stairs. Contents remain protected from accidental structural gestures.
Add or move furniture, sensors, appliances and heat sources without dragging the architecture.
After a Home Assistant monitor is mapped, the owner may separately choose future account-linked research copies by reading the V2 notice, ticking the choice and selecting Start future research copies. The monitor works without this choice. A prior V1 grant continues copying for authorised Recoheat research staff under its original notice until the owner chooses Upgrade future research copies to V2 or Stop future research copies. The V2 choice applies only to new readings; it does not upgrade or backfill V1 or operational history. Stopping future copies leaves already submitted account-linked history until home or account deletion. Linked Pro or Enterprise access also requires a separate, current per-home data-access grant. The older Home Assistant pilot operational retention remains a separate policy. An independently anonymised research bank is not active.
Home Assistant is the pairing adapter for these platforms. Follow the manufacturer's instructions to power and prepare a device, then use the relevant Home Assistant integration. Home Assistant support alone does not establish that a device or entity has been verified with Recoheat.
AirGradient cloud monitors use Recoheat's separate direct connection. For any future retained account-linked Home Assistant reading, the owner must make the separate source-specific V2 choice; sharing a design or pairing a device is not research consent.
The metered-plug link and recording flow in Device control is not yet active. Recoheat will enable it after verifying the owner's Home Assistant installation identity and signed-in account isolation. It cannot currently add switch, power or energy readings to your retained history.
The planned path uses your own Home Assistant as a pairing and reading adapter, not Recoheat's shared Home Assistant backend. A linked Pro or Enterprise account would also need your current per-home data-access grant to view retained history. Physical plug response and supported models still need real-device verification.
A simulation is a decision aid, not an energy certificate or a substitute for a heating engineer’s calculation.
